DL400-13 RBD Machine Series
DL400-13 RBD machine is R&D by engineering and technical personnel of HOOHA electrical equipment Co., Ltd., they absorbing domestic and foreign advanced technology similar products combined with his meticulous research and development from design concept. It is composed of a single motor drive seven dies main drawing machine, tension control device, coiler machine and electrical control components.

The machine has high efficiency, low energy consumption, safe and reliable operation, low noise, elegant appearance and easy operation, convenient maintenance. Gear boxes and mechanical seal drawing tank structure, no leakage, durable. Capstan driven by as separate AC motor through V-belt, constant speed wheel cooled with water, controls the production temperature.

Devices control by touch screen, using quick change die systems has been designed with micro-computer molding operation software, user enter the wire size, finish wire size, slip rate value into the system, the system can calculate the size of mold, the position of the mold, the number of process parameters. Drawing capstan and gear box buses has a horizontal tilt at an angle to each other, pull wire capstan in the axial misalignment between a distance from the premise that the distance and pull all the capstan gearbox mold base and between the walls, always in the smallest cantilever state, and the same elongated, extreme effective to enhance the strength of the parts, while the parts corresponding uniform size. WF800 Coiler
1.Equipment Introduction:
WF800 coiler machine consists of stand, coiler, falling wire system, storage and spool running structure. Coiler machine, with no tangles actinomycetes characteristics.
Adapted to the cylindrical cylinder, cone core columns and single-use hard board accumulated wire spooler be used.

1.The rack has for the safety of operating personnel to use the escalator down on three sides with protective door for easy operation and maintenance.
2.The coiler machine consists of guide wheel, hollow shaft, straightening rollers, coil drum, creasing device, transmission and other components. Hollow spindle is equipped with pneumatic brakes, brake quickly.
3.Actinomycetes by the eccentric wire wound coil wire will turn down the barrel ring formation plum cable. Accumulator functions reservoir wire when changed spool, transferred from a cylinder and linkage via a chain drive.
Spool transport consists of sprockets, spindles, and chassis, chain and drive components. Driven by a chain drive gear motor spool off the line and out of frame, automatics access to spooler. Reducing operator labor intensity and improve working efficiency. The max. coiling capacity is 1800 Kg.
