This equipment adopt continuous casting and rolling technique to produce 3 specific size of Aluminum rod -φ15mm,φ12mm,φ9.5mm .
Using type 11 frame to produce φ15mm rod .
Using type 13 frame to produce φ12mm rod .
Using type 15 frame to produce φ9.5mm rod .

Melting→Refining(Alloy proportion, stirrer, slagging, holding)→On-line degassing& filtration→Horizontal casting→Casting bar pretreatment (forward pinch roll, shearer, straightening)→Induction heater→Continuous rolling→Quenching→Rod Coiling
