Advantages:

1. A separate motor drive system is adopted. Each servo motor has its own control algorithm and a separate servo controller. The main purpose is to reduce the damage to the surface of the wire during the processing.

2. This machine is only suitable for low-oxygen or oxygen-free copper conductor rods, but can be customized according to special requirements.

3. Due to the adoption of a separate motor drive design, all traction motors can be switched on and off according to the manufacturing dimensions, achieving energy-saving effects compared with the traditional gear transmission mode.

4. The entire production line adopts a PLC control system, which can collect production data and provide synchronous signal feedback to each motor, achieving more precise control over the details of the finished products. Even at high manufacturing speeds, tension control is more precise.

5. The tap adopts a linear layout and is equipped with a quick die changing system.

6. Due to the low sliding rate, the service life of the molds on this machine is longer.

7. Dual-line design, dual capacity, occupying the same space.
