Machine Features
1. Higher rotation speed: Compared to the traditional frame type strander that could produce the same product size, concentric strander has a higher rotating speed as the stranding structure is concentric with the main shaft, hence the eccentric force is lower, while traditional frame strander bear the weight of the weight of the bobbin and it's eccentric from the main shaft. Which cause the difference could be 1 times larger than traditional model.
2. Lower loading element cost: Concentric strander can both feed wire from drop coil basket or steel bobbin, so it'd be more flexible to link the drawing process and stranding process without adding the spooler in the drawing machine. And there is no need to load baskets or bobbin on to the machine. So compared to frame type strander, it will need only half the qty of bobbin to operate the machine and less labor requirement. Needless to say the consumption of the bobbin.
3. Conductor material saving: Concentric strander will connect the 2 wire in 2 different bobbin/basket, so there will be no leftover and it will be fully utilized. And traditional frame strander will have approximately 1% of left over because of wiring and tension purpose.
4. Easier maintenance: Traditional rigid strander is relatively complex as mechanical structure, not as integrated and neat as concentric strander. After long-term usage, there will be some wearing on the pneumatic seal of the rotating sealing, friction damage on the tension cylinder. bearing damage because of friction and else. Concentric strander are free from above maintenance concern as it doesn't have above mechanism
